Where is your management team based?
Our leadership team operates from the US and manages the Cebu facility remotely with regular on-site visits. The facility has an on-site operations manager who handles day-to-day HR, facilities, and team management.
Can I visit your office in Cebu?
Absolutely. We welcome client visits. Many of our clients have visited our Cebu facility to meet their team in person. We'll arrange a tour and introductions.
How do you handle data security?
Enterprise-grade security: monitored workstations, clean-desk policy, access-controlled facility, NDA agreements for all staff, dual ISP with encrypted connections, and no USB/external device access on workstations.
What happens during natural disasters or outages?
